About The Role
As a Trainee Personal Lines Advisor you will learn about the full client lifecycle from quotation to renewal and, with our support, will offer the highest standards of customer care to meet service, customer satisfaction and commercial targets.
Everything Digney Grant Insurance does is about expert personal service, so this role will equip you with the tools, training and support to start your career in this fast-moving and in-demand sector.
Customer service experience will be an advantage but we are more interested in applicants with the right mindset, personality and attitude.
Trainee Personal Lines Advisors will manage the accurate administration of customer accounts on a day to day basis, acting as support to Advisors, Executives and Account Managers.
The role will require a high level of personal organisation and time management skills and the ability to efficiently deal with your workload in a fast-paced environment.
About you
You will be an approachable and organised individual with an ambition to grow your career in the insurance industry.
As part of this role, you will work towards qualifications in insurance (CII qualification). You will be supported in this training but some study in personal time may be required.
This certification will be a significant achievement in your career development and will stand your insurance career in good stead in the years to come.
You should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade ‘C’ or above and be fully computer literate. Exceptions to this requirement may be made for exceptional individuals with a high level of relevant experience.
